Web Banners and Graphic Headers

Web page headers are nearly as important as the text on a web page. If done well they show the viewer immediately what site they are viewing and what the site is about.

Web page banners play an equally important role. Often used to advertise a brand or product on an external site you want your banner to say as much as it can in a very small space to hook perspective customers.

At Krafty Presentations & Graphics we have been designing graphic banners and headers for as long as we've been designing websites.

So whether you need to advertise yourself or your product, if a web page banner or header is what you want, we can help you.

Shown below are just some of those graphical headers that we've created, and some balmy advertising banners to go with it.

Krafty Farm Assistant

First cab off the rank this time is one of ours, the graphic header for Krafty Farm Assistant.

This header appears at the top of every Krafty Farm Assistant website and on each client site.

The National Navara Ute Muster

This graphical header was created for the Navara Ute Muster website.

This design also went on to become an advertising banner for use on other websites, a sticker handed out to members and the banner for the actual event.

Traralgon Cyber Shack

Graphical header for Traralgon Cyber Shack.

During their 10 year anniversary sales the scrolling ticker tape message was added to the banner.

The banner was again used for TCS's 15th anniversary with updated information on the ticker tape.

Summer Spirit Pool Shop

Another early design by Krafty Presentations & Graphics.

Created in 2000 this website header was adapted from individual printed images and combined into one large header and banner.

We digitised it, changed it and made it one complete banner, we also made the banner sit on a transparent background. The banner was subsequently used for both web and print advertising.

Snap Crackle & Pop

We designed this image as the header for the first ever Snap Crackle and Pop website, but it was quickly relegated to a web banner and used for advertising as Krafty Presentations & Graphics took Snap Crackle and Pop into the e-commerce world.

Gippsland Physio

We created this web page header in 2006 when we won the contract for the revamped Gippsland Physio website.

The revamp never went ahead but this header, with site navigation incorporated was created nonetheless.

Latrobe Valley Bus Lines

Website header incorporating drop down menus created by Krafty Presentations & Graphics for Latrobe Valley Bus lines in 2006.

Summer Spirit Pool Shop Web Banner

Krafty Presentations & Graphics created this web banner for the Summer Spirit Pool Shop in 2000.

Screens and websites were a bit smaller in those days and this image shows just how much digital images have changed.

An animated version of this banner where the pool cleaner cleaned the dirt away leaving the banner information readable was also made for the sales promotion.

The Electric Gypsy Banner

Created way back in 1998 for the Electric Gypsy Website.

Buzz Magazine Header

Created way back in 1997 for an online version of Buzz Magazine, a Melbourne street press paper for the entertainment industry.

InvestorWeb Web Banner

Primitive by toady's standard but this banner was created by Krafty Presentations & Graphics for the Australian Investor website in 2000.

Krafty Farm Assistant Web Banner

We'll finish off things with a newer banner ad.

This animated banner was used for a sales promotion in 2012.
